The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining strong business partner relationships, enhancing business growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Roles & Responsibilities: Maintain strong business partner relationships and enhance business growth of Authorized Partners (APs) in accordance with the business plan. Provide mentorship, coaching, and activation support to APs, ensuring their optimal performance. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and procedural compliance. Monitor daily MIS reports, taking corrective actions as needed. Drive service excellence to boost equity business, control retention, and enhance cross-selling of third-party products through APs. Engage, motivate, develop, lead, and drive business with the team. Develop consistent operations and ensure service excellence. Foresee the execution of planned activities and manage day-to-day operational activities. Conduct seminars/events and travel to meet partners within the assigned territory. Who you are: Minimum 10 years of experience with a good understanding of products in the broking/financial industry. Excellent analytical skills. Prior experience in team handling is an added advantage. Strong oral and written communication skills. Sound knowledge of financial markets is preferred. Go-getter attitude with good presentation skills. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment. Fluency in Hindi and English is a must; knowledge of the local language is advantageous. Competitive Intelligence & Risk Mitigation Monitor competitor activities and ensure APs remain committed to the company. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and analyze partner retention rates, revenue growth, and service quality metrics.
