Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership

• Collaborate with application owners to understand requirements and provide integration guidance and best practices.
• Provide engineering expertise to assist applications migrating from one identity platform to another.
• Ensure that solution implementations adhere to all relevant standards, processes, and security protocols throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve authentication and access-related issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and integration guides.
• Stay current on Entra ID features, industry trends, and best practices in authentication.
  

Business

• Develop a deep understanding of the ICS business model and drive adoption of new technologies.
• Drive innovation through Agile, DevOps, and Cloud-first methodologies.
• Deliver solutions and frameworks that reduce the operational cost of technology.
• Take ownership of any major incidents caused by automation solutions implemented by the tooling and automation teams.
• Prioritize risk remediation and actively work on risk mitigation strategies.
  

Processes

• Contribute to process improvements for a simpler, faster, and better experience for technology users and clients.
• Ensure compliance with SDF standards and cybersecurity protocols across all implementations.
• Regularly review key success measures, including ROI and the benefits delivered by tooling and automation.
• Ensure that automation and tooling adaptations are incorporated into product/vendor selection, and are thoroughly tested for BAU (business-as-usual) and production environments.
  

Primary Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience with Application Onboarding (ONB), including MFA and SSO configuration
• Proficiency in identity protocols like OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, LDAP
  

Secondary Skills

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with authentication services such as ForgeRock (preferred)
• Experience with integrating cloud-based and on-premise applications with identity platforms
  

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, including MFA and SSO configuration.
• Strong understanding of identity protocols: OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, LDAP.
• Experience in authentication services like ForgeRock is a plus.
• Solid understanding of integrating cloud-based and on-premise applications with identity platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
