Handle winback/retention calls for telecom customers.
Convince users to continue or renew services.
Achieve daily & monthly closure targets.
Requirement: Min. 1 year International BPO experience, strong English & negotiation skills.
Outbound calls to promote telecom/internet services.
Explain plans, close deals & maintain quality.
