Minimum 12 years of experience in social sector as a project manager of which minimum 6 years of experience working within the education or development practice. Experience in leading at least three large-scale education reform projects, preferably with the Government. Number of positions: 1 Person Month(s) per Person: 30 months (Entire project duration) 2. Lead Trainer Post-graduate in Education/ language/ Mathematics. B.Ed./M.Ed. is mandatory Minimum 5 years of teaching or training experience or relevant experience in assessment design/content creation. Experience in developing and delivering training modules/manuals on pedagogy, assessments, and data use Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to work with SCERT, DIETs, and teachers. Number of positions: 1 Person Month(s) per Person: 24 months (Years 1 to 3) 3. Assessment Expert Post-graduate in education/educational measurement/ statistics/ economics /mathematics. Specific certification in assessment and psychometrics Minimum 10 years of experience in assessment development, preferably for the foundational grades Number of positions: 2 Person Month(s) per Person: 24 Months (12 months in year 1 and 6 months each in year 3 and year 5) 4. Monitoring and Evaluation Expert Post-graduate in economics/ Management Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of large- scale programs in the social sector, preferably in education. Experience in working with govt education systems preferred. Number of positions: 1 Person Month(s) per Person: 60 Months 5. Subject Matter Experts on literacy and numeracy Post-graduate in Language (for literacy) or Mathematics (for numeracy) Minimum 10 years of experience in item development for assessments, module design and delivery of training Proficiency in local language(s) of the stateis highly preferable. Expertise in developing competency/learning outcome-based materials for formative and summative assessments. Number of positions: 4 (2 in literacy and 2 in numeracy) Person Month(s) per Person: 12 Months (Year 1 of the assignment) 6. Trainer Post-graduate in Education/ language/ Mathematics.
