Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Visa Counsellor to join our Kapurthala office. The ideal candidate will have a background in student visa counselling—preferably forAustralia—but we are open to applicants with experience in other study-abroad destinations as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to student inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins
• Understand individual student profiles and suggest suitable courses/universities
• Secure student visa applications through detailed counselling
• Provide transparent, accurate, and genuine guidance aligned with immigration rules
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely documentation
