You will join the reception team at the Cologne office as a temporary receptionist (m/f/d) for covering holidays, sick leave, and evening shifts in the reception area. You will be the face of the law firm, welcoming clients and visitors to our office premises. Additionally, you will handle incoming calls, some of which may be in English, and efficiently manage appointments and conference room bookings. Preparing and tidying up the conference rooms will also be part of your responsibilities. - Be the welcoming face of the law firm, greeting clients and visitors - Handle incoming phone calls, including those in English - Coordinate appointments and conference room bookings responsibly - Prepare and tidy up conference rooms - Ideally, you have some experience in reception or hospitality - You are characterized by a friendly demeanor, organizational skills, and a service-oriented approach - Proficiency in MS-Office and good English skills are required You can look forward to a pleasant working atmosphere within a friendly reception team.
