Hiring: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) | Senior Leadership Role We are building an innovative logistics-tech platform designed to simplify and optimize the way shippers and logistics service providers connect. To lead the technology vision, we are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our senior leadership team. Responsibilities: Define and execute the technology roadmap. Build scalable and reliable products for the logistics ecosystem. Lead product development, architecture, and engineering decisions. Partner with the founding team on strategy and growth. Recruit and mentor an engineering team as we expand. Requirements: Graduate from a top-tier institution (IIT, IIM, ISB, NIT, BITS, or global equivalent). Proven experience in building and scaling SaaS, logistics-tech, or marketplace platforms. Strong technical expertise with ability to be hands-on in early stages. Strategic leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in startups or high-growth environments is a plus. Young leaders are encouraged to apply.
