1) Domestic& International Ticketing 2) You shall be overall in charge of the whatever tasks have been given to you, with of course a strong back up, from me & my fellow colleagues. (You shall be directly reporting to me & incase of any grievance you are free to share it with me) 3) Make ticket booking, quote fare, and send to Direct customer or Agents. Maintaining and developing strong, sustainable relationships with key travel agency clients, as well as corporate and direct clients. 4) Confer with customers to determine their service requirements and travel preferences.
