Role Overview We are looking for a Data Scientist (Remote – India) to unlock insights from diverse construction data and turn them into actionable intelligence for our users. You’ll design models that predict delays, optimize resource allocation, and quantify financial risk. You’ll also help build the data foundations that power our AI-native OS. Responsibilities Analyze and model construction schedules, procurement logs, financials, and site data to identify patterns and predict outcomes. Develop forecasting and risk-scoring models for delays, cost overruns, and hazards. Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards that power AI-driven project insights. Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate ML/NLP models into Aurexis’ platform. Partner with product and domain experts to design metrics that matter to contractors. Ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability across structured and unstructured sources. Qualifications Strong background in statistics, data modeling, and machine learning . Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn). Experience with time-series analysis, forecasting, or risk modeling . Familiarity with unstructured data (documents, images, CAD files, logs) is a plus. Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Bonus: experience in construction tech, industrial data, or digital twins . Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical users.
