About the Role: We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in business development or marketing to get direct exposure to working with top management. You’ll play a vital role in lead generation, appointment setting , and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through web research, LinkedIn, and other platforms Execute cold outreach campaigns and set appointments Maintain CRM systems with lead information and follow-ups Collaborate with marketing on collateral creation Build and maintain strong client relationships Work directly under the mentorship of senior leadership What We Expect: BBA/BMS or Marketing graduate preferred Excellent written and verbal communication Basic understanding of CRM & sales tools Self-driven, eager to learn, and well-organized Perks: Direct mentorship from top management Learn B2B sales strategy from scratch Growth path to Sr. Executive or Managerial roles Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Work from home Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Application Question(s): Are you an immidiate joiner?
