Accounts Executive - Office Location : Byculla, Mumbai We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive who can handle end-to-end accounting processes. Upto finalisation of accounts will be an added advantage. Be well-versed in statutory compliance, reporting, and coordination with auditors. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting transactions (AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash, Journal Entries, etc.) Maintain day-to-day accounting records including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. Prepare financial statements and assist in finalisation of accounts Liaise with internal and external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.) (Prepare and submit GST, TDS, and other tax filings as per statutory requirements) Manage vendor payments and reconciliation Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue accounts Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies Generate and analyze MIS reports as required Support the Finance Manager in various finance-related tasks and projects Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and other general ledger accounts. · Proocess accounts payable (bills, invoices, vendor payments) and accounts receivable (customer invoicing, collections). Assist in the preparation of financial reports and MIS for management. Experience required in Working Mostly with Tally systems and cloud-based accounting platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent) Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role · Prior experience in Facilities Management or Engineering industry preferred · Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, SAP, etc.) · Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards · Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances in India · Good command of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools · Attention to detail and strong analytical skills · Ability to work independently and meet deadlines · Experience in handling multi-site/project based operations and Willing to travel to site location if needed .
