Responsibilities: Quality Audit Execution: Conduct audits on operational processes, product quality, service delivery, and compliance with established quality standards. Review organizational procedures, documents, and records to ensure they adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Perform root cause analysis for identified quality issues and suggest corrective and preventive actions. Compliance and Standardization: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or other quality management systems) and company policies. Monitor adherence to regulatory and internal quality standards and report any deviations. Evaluate vendor and supplier quality control processes, ensuring they meet the organizations quality requirements. Risk Identification and Management: Identify risks associated with non-compliance to quality standards, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure implementation of corrective actions. Maintain a risk register and update it regularly with findings from audits. Process Improvement: Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance quality across operations. Recommend best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to increase process efficiency, product/service quality, and overall customer satisfaction. Audit Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, risks, and areas for improvement. Present findings to management and stakeholders, and provide actionable recommendations for quality improvement. Follow-up and Corrective Action: Ensure that corrective actions from audits are implemented and follow-up audits are conducted to verify improvements. Track the progress of corrective actions and their effectiveness over time. Training and Development: Assist in the development and implementation of quality training programs for employees. Educate staff on quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with production, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure consistent application of quality procedures. Act as a liaison between departments to foster a culture of quality and compliance.
