Position: ISO Consultant As an ISO Consultant at 4C Consulting, your role is pivotal in assisting clients in achieving and maintaining international standards within their organizations. Your responsibilities include: - Providing guidance to clients on aligning their documents with required standards for ISO certification. - Assisting organizations in developing policies that adhere to international standards. - Collaborating with team/process owners to define and manage processes in accordance with ISO requirements. - Planning, scheduling, and conducting visits for implementation and internal quality audits. - Supporting companies in maintaining high-quality operational procedures through resource allocation. - Contributing to the development and maintenance of audit systems. - Conducting training sessions on ISO standards awareness, internal quality auditing, and quality improvement tools. - Facilitating audit meetings and management reviews. - Ensuring clients achieve ISO certification by establishing and maintaining management systems that meet quality assurance standards. - Leveraging the management system to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. - Acting as an external resource to ensure timely project implementation with minimal disruptions. This role offers a dynamic work environment with a five-day work week and a commitment of two years.
