As an Audit Specialist at our organization based in Noida, you will play a crucial role in our compliance team by ensuring adherence to various regulatory frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 2, and others. With 2-5 years of experience in auditing, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits, managing compliance processes, and collaborating with different teams to guarantee alignment with regulations. Your key responsibilities will include conducting internal audits for PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and other compliance frameworks. You will be developing and implementing audit plans, ensuring regular assessments, identifying compliance gaps, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions. Additionally, you will prepare detailed audit reports, track remediation progress, assist with external audits, and liaise with regulatory bodies. Moreover, you will be involved in providing training on compliance best practices to enhance the overall compliance awareness within the organization. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of compliance standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 2, among others. Your experience in internal and external auditing, risk assessment, and compliance processes will be valuable assets. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for effectively fulfilling your responsibilities. While certifications like CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, and CRISC are preferred, they are not mandatory.
