The Partner role is a senior leadership position focused on driving client impact, team development, and operational excellence. Partners act as key decision-makers, ensuring the firm delivers high-quality advisory services while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the development of the firms people. This position combines leadership, client management, and industry expertise to ensure the consulting firms success in delivering innovative solutions to complex client challenges. Partner can be from any of the below mentioned specialisations: Income Tax GST Due Diligence Valuations M&A Advisory International Tax Loan Liasoning Key Responsibilities 1. . Service Delivery Excellence Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of all service delivery activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets. Develop and implement processes to improve service delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure service offerings align with client needs and industry best practices. Address operational challenges proactively, mitigating risks to maintain service continuity. Regularly review performance metrics to assess and refine service delivery strategies. 2. Client Satisfaction and Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering trust and long-term relationships. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction. Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive client experience. Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for value-added services or solutions. Lead presentations, workshops, and discussions to demonstrate thought leadership and service capabilities. 3. Team Leadership and Management Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing service delivery team. Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations for team members. Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team. Develop succession plans and identify talent for leadership roles within the firm. 4. Operational and Financial Oversight Monitor resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization in the service delivery. Develop and manage budgets for service delivery operations, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality. Contribute to financial planning by identifying revenue growth opportunities through enhanced service delivery. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance. 5. Leadership and Strategy Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance revenue growth opportunities. Collaborate with other senior leaders to align business operations and strategic goals across the firm Skills required - Minimum 7-12 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams. Proven track record of delivering exceptional client outcomes. Should have experience in handling multiple clients parallelly Experienced in development and retention of top talent within the firm.
