We are seeking a talented Accounts & Tax Analyst with a strong foundation in accounting, auditing, and taxation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge in these areas. As an Analyst at our firm, you will be responsible for executing tasks efficiently and effectively in a planned and organized manner. Qualifications for this position include clearing CA Inter or being a CA Final DropOut (with Graduation/Post-Graduation) and having a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in accounts & audit, direct and indirect taxation (preferably in a Mediocre CA firm with a team of 20 people). Key Responsibilities: - Maintaining files, e-files, working papers, documents, and reports for record-keeping. - Preparing various statements and reports as required by different department managers. - Executing assigned tasks according to the priorities of different departments. - Preparing regulatory reports and returns as delegated by the Designated Superior. - Prioritizing tasks based on timelines. - Tracking the progress of subordinates and reporting to superiors. - Assisting in the preparation and finalization of regulatory returns, statements, and reports. - Guiding interns when necessary. Additionally, the role involves continuous learning, research, and skill development to stay updated with the latest industry trends. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9, Microsoft Office applications, and other relevant software is required. Skills and Knowledge: - Strong grasp of Accounting, Tax, and Audit principles. - Attention to detail and meticulousness. - Fluent in English and Hindi. - Effective communication skills. - Time management and prioritization abilities. - Crisis management and analytical thinking skills. - Leadership, decision-making, and delegation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and internet usage. This is an on-site position with working hours from 10.00 am to 6:30 pm. The compensation offered is a CTC of 3,00,000 - 3,84,000.
