Audit Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

1.Document Collection & Scrutiny

• Receive and verify loan application documents (KYC, income proof, address proof, vehicle documents, etc.).
  
• Check completeness and accuracy of all submitted paperwork.
  
• Verify applicant signatures and photograph consistency.

• 2.

  KYC & Compliance Verification

• Conduct KYC checks as per RBI and company norms.
  
• Verify identity and address through official databases (e.g., PAN, Aadhaar, Voter ID).
  
• Ensure all documents comply with internal and statutory requirements
• 3.

  Vehicle Document Verification

• Validate proforma invoice, registration certificate (for used cars), and insurance details.
  
• Coordinate with dealers for authenticity of quotations and vehicle details.
• 4.

  Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Operations teams for smooth processing.
  
• Maintain logs and records of verified cases.
  
• Report fraud or irregularities immediately.
• 5.

  Audit & Quality Control

• Ensure compliance with audit and internal control guidelines.
  
• Support audit teams during periodic checks.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and vehicle finance documentation
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
  

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field
