About the Role

We are hiring an Audit Assistant to support our Audit Head (CA – HOD) in executing statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and compliance work. The candidate will assist in preparing audit working papers, verifying financial records, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely completion of assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist CA-HOD in statutory, tax, GST, and internal audits
• Prepare audit working papers and documentation
• Verify accounting records, invoices, ledgers, and financial statements
• Perform vouching, reconciliation, and data analysis
• Maintain proper audit files and supporting documents
• Coordinate with clients for audit-related information
• Ensure deadlines are met and reports are submitted on time
• Support the audit team in day-to-day tasks

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, and audit concepts
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines
• Freshers with strong learning attitude may also apply

Working Hours

• Standard CA office timing (will be shared during interview)
