Audio Systems - Lab Support Engineer

Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a Support Engineer to join the Engineering Services Group, specifically the Support Engineering team. In this role, you will be an integral part of product improvement efforts and collaborate with fellow Engineers throughout the product development life cycle. Your responsibilities will include resolving technical system issues to enhance product reliability, contributing to continuous learning and growth opportunities within the Engineering development space. As an Audio Engineer supporting the Audio Systems team on a full-time basis, you will be expected to provide dedicated support for various audio systems teams. This includes handling initial hardware bring-up for all programs, conducting regular circuitry reworks, and offering hardware support for audio systems programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for enabling test platforms, upgrading test boards, ensuring ESD and ESH compliance in the lab, providing competitor analysis support, and executing standard tests with thermal and acoustic specifications. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in Support Engineering or a related field. Alternatively, an Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience or a High School Diploma with 3+ years of experience will also be considered. Advanced degrees in relevant fields can be substituted for up to one year of work experience.
