What youll do Plan a weekly content calendar with the team (hooks, scripts, shot lists). Shoot flats/amenities/routes/testimonials; appear on camera for intros/VOs/explainers. Edit quickly for Reels/Shorts (CapCut/Premiere: cuts, captions, subtitles). Collaborate with Video Editor (long/heavy cuts), Graphic Designer (covers/thumbnails), and Social Media Manager (posting/analytics). Keep files tidy, manage consent, maintain a small kit (phone/gimbal/mic/light). Who can apply Portfolio helps, but not mandatory for interns/freshers (see mini-task). Comfortable on camera; basic framing/audio/lighting sense. CapCut or Premiere; Bengali/Hindi fluent; working English. In-office (Lake Town, Kolkata) + field shoots across the city.
