As a Service/Field Engineer Audio Visual (AV) at our company, you will play a crucial role in the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support of AV systems at client sites. Your responsibilities will include working with various AV components such as audio systems, video conferencing systems, digital signage, control systems, and structured cabling. Your key responsibilities will involve installing, configuring, and commissioning a variety of AV systems including video walls, displays, projectors, sound systems, microphones, and control systems. Additionally, you will be required to perform on-site maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of AV equipment and integrated systems, as well as providing remote and on-site support to resolve AV-related issues at client locations. It will be essential for you to conduct routine preventive maintenance and health checks, interpret AV drawings and schematics, and coordinate with OEMs and vendors for support and replacement parts when necessary. You will also be responsible for documenting service calls, preparing reports, updating asset tracking systems, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability of AV equipment at client sites, training end-users, and adhering to safety, ESD, and site compliance norms during installation and service. Furthermore, your role will require you to travel frequently to various customer locations within the region. To excel in this position, you should hold an ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in AV systems installation/service preferred. You should possess hands-on knowledge of AV control systems such as Crestron, AMX, Extron, audio DSPs like Biamp, QSC, BSS, video conferencing systems including Cisco, Poly, Zoom Rooms, display technologies such as LED walls, projectors, interactive panels, signal distribution methods like HDBaseT, HDMI matrix, switchers, as well as basic networking and IP configuration skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, willingness to travel, work flexible hours, good communication, and customer handling skills are also crucial for this role. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is a day shift from Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person.,
