In this role, as a member of the Logitech Hardware Audio DSP and ML team, you will play a key part in developing and implementing real-time audio ML solutions to provide customers with innovative audio experiences. Key Qualifications: - Leading a ML team with over 10 years of experience in audio signal processing/ML. - Hands-on experience in Tiny ML/Embedded ML, including porting neural network algorithms onto embedded targets using device-specific tools and inference APIs. - Deep understanding of on-device quantization techniques and neural network operators mapping to embedded hardware accelerators. - Strong programming skills in C and Python. - Familiarity with Deep Learning Audio Signal Processing approaches. Additional Skills: - Proficiency in Linux and Docker. - Knowledge of CMSIS NN, HIFI NNLib is a plus. - Understanding of audio measurements and standard evaluation metrics. - Experience in hardware product development from concept to mass production. - Audio listening skills and artifact detection. - Effective communication in a cross-functional environment. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. - Familiarity with code version control practices. Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: 7+ years of experience working in audio signal processing product teams. Tiny ML / Embedded ML - Hands-on experience porting neural network algorithms from intermediate representations such as Tensor Flow (TFLM), ONNX, etc. onto embedded targets using device-specific compilation tools and/or inference APIs. Deep understanding of on-device quantization techniques including post-training quantization, training-aware quantization, mixed precision inference. Strong programming skills in c, python. Conceptual understanding of how neural network operators map to embedded hardware accelerators such as DSPs and NPUs. Familiarity with Deep Learning Audio Signal Processing approaches for tasks including Speech enhancement / noise suppression / voice pickup Additional Skills: Experienced with Linux, Docker. Familiarity with CMSIS NN, HIFI NNLib is a plus Familiarity with audio measurements and standard subjective/objective audio evaluation metrics. Experience working in hardware product teams from product concept to mass production Good Audio listening skills and experience detecting audio artifacts. Experience communicating effectively in a cross functional environment. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. • 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.Title: Audio DSP Senior Engineer • Job function: This challenging job involves design, development and implementation of SW for audio/voice use cases on Qualcomm DSPs which are part of Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor. The use cases span across smart phones, smart speakers, media boxes and a wide range of other smart devices. It requires gaining in depth understanding of the DSP architecture, proprietary RTOS on DSP, DSP framework for audio/voice, various audio interfaces like I2S, HDMI, SPDIF etc, pre/post processing modules, Voice Activation and encoders/decoders for speech/audio. It provides opportunity to interact with Hardware, HLOS, Audio Tuning teams located globally. This position requires the candidate to design, implement, integrate and commercialize various software modules on DSP platforms. Responsibilities also include requirements analysis, software maintenance and troubleshooting of audio DSP framework, services, and drivers. Expertise in working with tools and techniques used on DSP platforms (e.g. Trace32, JTAG, etc.). Audio Interfaces like I2S, HDMI, SPDIF • Responsibilities: Responsibilities include optimization for DSP, developing/enhancing the framework/drivers for new use cases, drivers for audio interfaces, drive design discussions across teams, SW maintenance.
