Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Set up and configure audio visual equipment for meetings, events, and presentations. Ensure seamless operation of video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Polycom, and other similar platforms. Troubleshoot technical issues related to AV equipment and resolve them promptly. Collaborate with event organizers to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions. Provide training on using AV equipment to clients and internal stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in an Audio Visual Technician role or similar field. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during events or meetings. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong knowledge of audio conferencing, video conferencing (Zoom), and video conference technologies (Polycom).
