About the Role As a Senior Brand Strategist , you will be the strategic brain behind TVAs most ambitious content campaigns. Youll decode briefs, dig into audience behavior, build storytelling frameworks, and co-create brand stories that live powerfully on digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone whos half brand-thinker, half culture-watcher and knows how to make content strategy actionable, inspiring, and culturally relevant. Key Responsibilities Lead Strategic Thinking across branded content campaigns, pitches, and IP development Translate brand briefs into sharp creative insights , content themes, and strategic directions Craft compelling decks that bring together brand objectives, audience insight, content formats, tone of voice, and creative frameworks Identify platform trends, creator behavior, and internet culture to inform strategy Work closely with content and creative teams to ensure ideas are rooted in brand truth and strategic clarity Guide the structure and messaging of campaign narratives, voice guides, and storytelling frameworks Co-lead brand and strategy presentations to clients and internal teams Build content calendars, social media blueprints, and IP roadmaps aligned with brand goals Collaborate with production and post-production teams to ensure strategy holds through execution Stay ahead of market shifts, youth trends, and consumer mindsets to keep TVAs content edge relevant and fresh Qualifications: Have 58 years of experience in brand strategy, content strategy, or creative planning roles preferably at a digital agency, content studio, or in-house brand team Are deeply immersed in pop culture, digital trends, and online behavior Think in frameworks, storytelling arcs, and content pillars Are a presentation and deck ninja, strong on structure, language, and visual clarity Can crack content strategies that are both creative and effective Understand the nuances of platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Shorts Communicate confidently with creative teams and clients alike Thrive in fast-paced, idea-first environments where no two briefs look the same Bonus Points If You: Have worked on D2C, Gen Z, or youth-centric brand campaigns Have experience with creator/influencer strategy Are a strong writer and storyteller in your own right Employment Type: FullTime (WFO) Location: Mumbai (Andheri East) Show more Show less
