We are seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to lead audience acquisition and end-to-end management of multiple online and offline events & campaigns. This is a senior role requiring strong operational leadership, strategic vision, and proven expertise in driving attendance growth, managing complex event operations, and building long-term client and partner engagement. Job Responsibilities: Audience Acquisition & Event Marketing Develop and execute audience acquisition strategies for online & offline events, conferences, and campaigns across industries. Leverage multi-channel outreach (email/SMS campaigns, social media, tele-calling, affiliates, and database marketing) to maximize attendance and engagement. Build and maintain high-quality B2B databases, ensuring accurate targeting and segmentation for campaigns. Drive consistent audience growth, with measurable improvement in attendee conversion and retention. Event & Campaign Operations Lead end-to-end execution of multiple events simultaneously, from planning to delivery. Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event operations and logistics. Oversee budget planning, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations to maximize ROI. Implement data-driven strategies to track and measure event success (ROI, conversion, customer engagement). Stakeholder & Client Management Manage senior client relationships, ensuring impeccable service delivery and resolution of escalations. Partner with sponsors, partners, and CXO-level executives to build strategic alliances and long-term engagement. Align with internal cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, creative, tech) to ensure project objectives are met. Leadership & Team Development Lead and mentor a high-performing team of managers, analysts, and operations professionals. Define KRAs, monitor performance, and ensure structured training and skill development. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring employee growth and retention. Qualifications & Skills 12+ years of experience in audience acquisition, event operations, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement. Proven track record of driving audience acquisition for large-scale conferences, webinars, forums, or brand campaigns. Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing (email, SMS, social media, digital campaigns, affiliate marketing). Hands-on experience in P&L management, budget optimization, and ROI tracking. Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong analytical ability and comfort with CRM tools, data analytics, and reporting dashboards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. MBA/PGDM preferred.
