We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to support SpynPRO’s business development and CRM operations. The primary responsibility is to thoroughly sanitize, verify, and update our existing list of businesses using a combination of phone, WhatsApp and digital outreach. You will speak with business owners, confirm and correct their business details and—where relevant—introduce and pitch the SpynPRO SaaS product. Key Responsibilities Review and sanitize our internal list of businesses (removing duplicates, correcting details, filling missing information). Contact businesses by phone, WhatsApp or email to verify owner details, operational status and additional info. Update our central dashboard with validated information quickly and accurately. Assess if the lead is a fit for SpynPRO and, if qualified, provide a brief product introduction/pitch. Document call outcomes and feedback in the CRM or dashboard. Flag any potential high-potential leads for follow-up by the sales team. Required Skills & Profile Excellent spoken and written communication in [languages needed; e.g., English, Hindi]. Comfortable making calls and chatting with business owners/managers. Organized and detail-oriented with basic data entry skills. Familiarity with SaaS or tech products preferred, but not essential. About Company: Spyn is a sports-based startup by an IIT/IIM alumni that helps academies manage daily tasks - assign coaches to batches, add students, send payment reminders, get online payments, mark student attendance, and review the performance of students on a digital platform. Spyn PRO allows academy owners to track their students' payments, attendance, and performance through an easy-to-use mobile and web app. The app is designed to help coaches in an academy collaborate so that updated information is available to the academy owners/managers on the go. With the app, academies can choose to enable online payment for hassle-free and timely payment collection. It allows academy owners to view and act on inquiries received at their coaching centers to help their business grow, assess the performance of their clients professionally, keep track of expenses, maintain a video library, maintain staff attendance, and more.
Here are some things you’ll be doing in the role (but not limited to): Develop user interfaces using the Angular framework and material theme. Integrating RESTful APIs provided by back-end developers Create custom directives and components Ensuring high performance of the app including unit and performance testing So, what are we specifically looking for? Minimum 1 year experience in Angular , including both successes and failures, which help you make better decisions. Good working knowledge of Angular & HTML/CSS. Significant experience in working on major systems in one or more languages: ideally you’ve integrated REST API endpoints on top of data storage layers, and understand concepts like authentication, caching, web security, and the way frontend consume APIs. Someone who is adaptable and knows how to build, change, and adapt to the needs of a company as it grows.
