We invite applications for the position of Associate in our Real Estate (law) practice. Responsibilities The selected candidate will work closely with senior members of the team and will be responsible for: - Conducting title due diligence, requisition lists, and title reports. - Examining property documents and verifying titles. - Drafting and reviewing transactional legal documents - Preparing detailed legal opinions, attending client meetings, and assisting in negotiations. This role provides exposure to a broad spectrum of real estate transactions and opportunity to work with our clientele. Proficiency in Kannada and English (reading and writing) is mandatory.
