Provide basic product information for both residential and commercial furniture. Maintain and update the sales tracking sheet with lead details, follow-up status, and client requirements. Perform pre-sales engagement — qualify leads, understand needs, and initiate conversations. Forward relevant data and leads to the Sales, Repair, and Dispatch teams for further action. Proactively follow up with potential clients and ensure no lead goes cold. Stay informed about our furniture offerings — materials, use cases, and industry trends. Maintain courteous and professional communication across all customer interactions. 🧠 RequirementsExperience in telesales, inbound customer support, or inside sales (furniture/interiors experience preferred). Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English. Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM usage. Organized, prompt, and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple leads.
