As a Senior Analyst in Performance Management, you will be an integral part of our Performance Analytics team. Your primary responsibility will be to produce and analyze investment performance data across various asset classes such as Equities, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, Commodities, EMD, and Real Estate. Your role will involve delivering precise performance reports and conducting attribution analysis. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing GIPS-compliant composites and supporting internal reporting requirements utilizing platforms like Bi-Sam B-One and StatPro. Your key duties will include preparing and assessing performance and attribution reports for different portfolios, collaborating with Fund and Product Managers to improve reporting solutions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal policies and GIPS standards, mentoring junior team members, and serving as a subject matter expert. You will also be expected to drive process enhancements and assist in project-based initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in a quantitative discipline with IAQ/IMC certification being advantageous. A minimum of 5 years of experience in performance analytics or investment operations is required. Proficiency in performance measurement, attribution methodologies, and GIPS composite management is essential. Strong Excel skills are a must, while familiarity with SQL, Access, and VBA would be beneficial. A solid grasp of financial markets and instruments, including derivatives, is also necessary. You should be open to travel to the UK as part of the job, requiring a valid passport. This is a full-time, permanent position that includes a performance bonus. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Performance Analyst and 5 years in Investment Operations. The work location is in person.,
