As an OCE Manager for the India CMH BU at Lilly, you will play a crucial role in enhancing omnichannel capabilities and driving organizational transformation towards omnichannel engagement (OCE). Reporting to the CMO in India, you will collaborate closely with local Brand, IT, and Procurement teams to ensure the success of insights-based and data-driven marketing strategies in Lilly India. Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of strategic and operational tasks, requiring a strong strategic mindset, operational proficiency, and effective leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in brand management, proven expertise in people management, and a deep understanding of omnichannel engagement. Key Responsibilities: Omnichannel Engagement: - Strengthen omnichannel capabilities across marketing, sales, medical, and PRA teams in India. - Drive innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners. - Lead operational excellence in OCE by aligning plans with brand objectives and ensuring flawless execution. - Support brand teams in achieving strategic priorities through effective channel mix strategies. - Oversee digital platforms and capabilities to support execution plans and ensure compliance with all policies. OCE Analytics: - Manage analytics for campaigns and track key performance indicators (KPIs). - Influence brand teams to make data-driven decisions based on market research outcomes. - Utilize dashboards to review execution and identify areas for growth. Vendor Management: - Identify, onboard, and manage 3rd party vendors for OCE campaigns. - Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize contracting practices with external partners. Minimum Experience Preference: - 3-5 years of experience in omnichannel marketing, brand marketing, or consumer marketing. - Commercial experience (preferably in marketing) from FMCG, life sciences, or pharma OTC sectors. Skills Required: - Proficiency in digital marketing and managing digital partners. - Knowledge of marketing mix modeling and attribution marketing. - Proven track record in delivering successful omnichannel solutions and managing vendors. - Strong leadership skills and effective communication in English. - Curiosity and the ability to stay updated on emerging customer engagement trends.
