Our reputed MNC Client is hiring for Technical Support Engineer role: NP- 0-45 days (Plz don't apply if your notice period is more than 45 days) Position Summary: The Technical Support Engineer will provide expert technical support for RF products including connectors, cables, attenuators, and adapters. This role requires strong technical skills to interpret engineering drawings, identify products and spare parts, and address technical queries from customers and sales teams related to RF connectors. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient technical solutions and ensure timely product support aligned with sales requirements. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for RF components (connectors, cables, attenuators, adapters) to assist sales and marketing teams in addressing customer needs. Read and interpret assembly and part drawings to support accurate product identification and resolve technical issues effectively. Analyze customer requirements and recommend alternate RF connector parts, ensuring compatibility and performance. Apply practical knowledge of raw materials and surface finishes to support product evaluation and troubleshooting. Respond to sales-related technical inquiries by evaluating application requirements and proposing appropriate solutions. Identify required spare parts and components by reviewing engineering drawings and part lists to ensure accurate and timely support for the sales team. Key Competencies: Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of RF fundamentals is required; familiarity with RF testing practices is optional and considered a plus. Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide practical solutions promptly. Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams and support the sales team in technical matters. Communication & Adaptability: Demonstrate analytical thinking, independent work style, clear communication, and adaptability to global teams and customer environments. Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and deliver solutions that meet expectations. Education & Experience: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the RF connector manufacturing industry. Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and understanding technical and engineering documents (TDS, catalogs). In-depth knowledge of RF products, including materials and features. Practical experience using SAP and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems for part tracking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
