Attender / Electrician

As a maintenance attendant cum electrician at our hospital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems throughout the facility. Your responsibilities will include performing maintenance tasks, conducting inspections, and responding to emergency calls. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical work and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: - Perform various electrical maintenance tasks such as wiring, lighting, and troubleshooting electrical issues. - Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. - Conduct routine inspections and repairs of electrical equipment and systems. - Assist in the installation and setup of new electrical systems and equipment. - Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and collaborate with other departments for timely issue resolution. - Coordinate with external contractors for larger projects. Qualifications: - Diploma or equivalent qualification. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints. - Basic IT skills and familiarity with various tools and equipment. - Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Willingness to work flexible hours. Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field. - Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
