Will include managing payroll and compliance for all on-roll employees and consultants. Key Responsibilities Processes Attendance Inputs through Attendance Software + Manual Collection for Branch Offices Coordinates with Department Heads for gathering month specific inputs on Incentives & Deductions Payroll computation for on roll employees, off roll employees and consultants. Monthly Income Tax Computation Monthly Compliance PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, and other compliances that come up under various laws from time to time. Generation of Salary Register and Pay slips in accordance with Labour Laws Preparing and Generation of MIS Report for Senior Management Team Work with Consultant for Labour Law Compliance and Compliance Audit Keep oneself updated with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests of employees. Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
