JOB Opportunity - Title HR Operations Experience 1 year plus Location Mumbai HO Education - Graduate Third Part Payroll Key roll Workline Attendance (HRMS ) & Support Job Role Attendance & Leave Management of Off Roll employees in Workline 1. Ensuring marking of daily checkin in workline by all FOS & TLs, if missing, making calls for regularization 2. Analysing the reason for Not marked cases and taking action post calibration with Manager 3. Maintaining Workline attendance master of Marked / Not Marked / Leaves / LWP for reconiliation with Manual Attendance 4. Maintaining records of continuous absent cases and update for further necessary action Providing support to FOS / TLs in Workline application 1. Providing guidance to New FOS / TL in downloading Workline app and marking attendance / regularization in app 2. Unlocking of IDs / Password reset of FOS & TLs 3. RBO wise validation of TL maping for regularisation of Attendance / Leaves / LWP and coordinating for correction in Workline 4. Handling employee querries regarding Workline application and providing them a meaningful solution 5. Validating Active / Inactive FOS & TLs in Workline & pushing for deactivation of Workline Ids of separation cases Resolution of Compliances, Risk Observation within TAT Interviews Face to Face interview on site.
