The job requires 3 freshers to join the team. As a fresher, your primary role will involve understanding requirements, authoring test cases, preparing test data, executing test cases, conducting smoke, exploratory, performance, functional, integration, and regression testing. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating test case execution reports, logging defects, re-validating defects, and analyzing the quality assurance impact of any client-requested changes. You will also be expected to provide daily status updates and submit timesheets. Secondary responsibilities include automation of test cases, preparing project-specific documentation, interacting with clients, and conducting performance and system testing as necessary. The required technical skills include understanding requirements, attending training sessions to upgrade skills, defect logging and verification, authoring test cases, test case execution, and performing various types of testing such as smoke, exploratory, functional, performance, integration, and regression testing. Knowledge of Java concepts and core Java is also preferred. Soft skills that would be beneficial for this role include daily status reporting, preparing project-specific documentation, and effective client interaction and communication as required.,
