The job requires you to attend to customers, clients, and architects visiting the showroom. You will be responsible for preparing estimations, including material, labor, and installation costs. Additionally, filing proposals, sales orders, work orders, site measurements, and other related documentation will be part of your duties. You will also be responsible for recording purchases, expenses, and related entries, as well as generating sales invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills. Coordinating with tax consultants for GST filings and updating statutory matters with management and consultants will also be a part of your role. Furthermore, you will be required to file delivery notes, work completion reports, expense vouchers, and perform periodic reconciliation of ledger and bank accounts. Preparation of monthly MIS reports and submission to management will also be expected. This is a full-time position based in Calicut, Kerala. The salary range for this role is between 15,000-25,000, with additional benefits such as a performance bonus, festival bonus, travel allowance, health insurance, and day shift schedule. The work location will be in person.
