Job Title: Critical Environmental Engineer - Power & Cooling - HVAC Experience: 10+ year s Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Experience in Power Distribution Systems (Generator, UPS, ATS Switches, DC Rectifier, Batteries, Battery Monitoring System, MDB, SDB, PDF, PDUs, and electrical ancillaries) Experience in HVAC Systems (ACs, CRAC Units, Chiller Plants and cooling ancillaries) Experience in responding to RFPs, RFIs such as solution engineering, estimation, costing of HVAC and Power Systems Experience in Cooling, Electrical Switchboards and busways at Data Center Experience in IT Racks, Modular racks, and modular Data Center is an advantage Experience in testing and commissioning and Site Acceptance Test. Act as a single point of contact for Power and HVAC related problems, or new installations. Conducting testing to ensure the systems and components meet safety standards Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while implementing and maintaining electrical systems Documenting testing activities and specifications of electrical components and systems Staying updated about new technologies, industry standards and regulations Strong problem-solving skills that allow for HVAC issues to be diagnosed and rectified efficiently and effectively. Exceptional customer service skills that ensure customer needs are met, and that client satisfaction is earned and maintained. Effective at multi-tasking and managing the demands of several projects on an ongoing basis. Skilled at managing teams and making sure that all members are on the same page, so projects are completed in a timely manner. Solid background in HVAC management, diagnostics, and retrofitting with an impressive ability to put these skills to use. Utilized building design and construction techniques knowledge and blueprints up to and including roofing windows structural facade systems HVAC electronic and plumbing systems for building preventive maintenance and repair Knowledge in one of the Building Management Systems (BMS) and DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) Knowledge in ASHRAE Standards.
