Position Purpose - The Deputy Manager/Manager (Recruitment Delivery Manager) is responsible for supervising and guiding a team, dedicated to the management of end-to- end recruitment. Revenue (Offer, joining) data from the finance team. - Take full ownership and accountability of every team members revenue portfolio by driving them to achieve and go over and above the set revenue targets as per their grade/designation in the company.
