Key Responsibilities Campus Recruitment Strategy Develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from leading universities and colleges. Partner with academic institutions to build and maintain strong relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations. Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, including career fairs, info sessions, workshops, and campus interviews. Candidate Sourcing and Engagement Identify and engage with potential candidates through various campus recruitment channels. Conduct on-campus and virtual presentations to promote Siemens Energy as an employer of choice. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for internships, co-op programs, and entry-level positions.
