Job Title: Full Stack AI/Low-Code Developer Build ATS, CRM & AI Dashboards from Scratch Experience: 6 - 10 Years Location: Sector 57, Noida (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in AI/ML , low-code platforms , and SaaS product development to lead the end-to-end creation of our in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS) , Sales CRM , and AI-powered reporting dashboards . This is a high-impact role that requires complete ownership from architecture design and development to AI integration, API connectivity, and cloud deployment . Key Responsibilities Design, architect, and develop scalable ATS, CRM, and dashboard solutions from scratch. Integrate AI/ML features such as resume parsing, candidate-job matching, and sales forecasting. Build applications using low-code platforms (OutSystems, Mendix, Retool, Power Apps) with custom-coded extensions. Integrate third-party APIs (LinkedIn, job boards, email/VOIP systems). Develop interactive BI dashboards using Power BI , Tableau , or custom JavaScript charts . Deploy and manage applications on AWS , Azure , or GCP with CI/CD pipelines . Required Skills & Experience Backend: Node.js / Python (Django / FastAPI) Frontend: React / Angular / Vue.js Databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL, MongoDB / Firestore AI/ML: NLP, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, LangChain Low-Code Platforms: OutSystems, Mendix, Retool, Power Apps Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes Other: Strong API integration and deployment expertise If you are a hands-on tech architect who can turn product ideas into fully functional, scalable, and AI-powered solutions — this role is for you.
