You will focus on delivering Atradius Collections’ value proposition to multinational corporations, export credit agencies & financial institutions, using a consultative, value-based selling approach to position our services as strategic solutions to credit risk and cash flow challenges. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Drive new business acquisition and grow existing accounts within the MNC and ECA sectors. Apply value-based selling techniques to identify client pain points and align Atradius Collections’ solutions with their strategic goals. Develop and execute sales plans in coordination with the Regional Commercial Manager to meet revenue and profitability targets. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and channel partners. Conduct due diligence, review case files, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored collection and receivables management solutions. Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Internal Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with Operations, Legal, and Credit Insurance teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system, including pipeline, forecasts, and case progress. Provide market intelligence and performance feedback to senior management. Market Engagement & Representation Represent Atradius Collections at industry events, client meetings, and networking functions. Support broker relationships and collaborate with Atradius Credit Insurance colleagues to deliver integrated solutions. Present proposals and solutions to stakeholders at all levels, including clients, intermediaries, and partners. Requirements Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in credit management, financial services, insurance or brokerage industry. Strong understanding of the India business environment and regulatory landscape. Demonstrated experience in value-based and consultative selling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written), other local languages is preferred. Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to travel regularly within pan-India. Proficiency in CRM systems (iCare or Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to market engagement. As a Recoveries & Collections Specialist at Atradius Collections in Mumbai, India, you will play a crucial role in managing the recovery of funds for clients, ensuring timely and effective debt resolution. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, debtors, and third-party partners to drive performance and maintain strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Manage recoveries for debts placed for collection. - Conduct first-party and third-party collection calls to recover outstanding debts. - Liaise with agencies, legal representatives, and administrators to resolve cases. - Improve collection processes to reduce time to recovery, decrease operating costs, and enhance results. - Schedule reminder calls and escalate unresolved cases with final notifications. - Ensure consistent follow-up to maintain debtor commitments. - Oversee a portfolio of debts, implementing strategic actions to meet recovery targets. - Maintain and negotiate relationships with clients, debtors, and third parties. - Assess legal action feasibility and prepare cases for legal partners. - Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing updates and reports. - Respond to client queries, ensuring thorough investigation and resolution. - Participate in group projects, contributing local expertise and insights. Qualifications & Skills: - Previous experience working in B2B Third Party Collections and handling legal cases & background of Credit Insurance. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively. - Familiarity with legal processes related to debt recovery is a plus. - Proven negotiation skills, with sound judgment and ability to assess cost-effectiveness of actions. - Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines. - Motivated and flexible in approach, a self-starter, and team player. - Fast to adapt to new systems & tech-savvy. - Proactive mindset with a focus on customer service and relationship management. - Analytical skills to assess case viability and recommend actions. - Excellent language skills in English/Hindi (if not the first language); any other local language will be a plus. - Ability to join immediately.
