Collaborate closely with distributor partners for both product portfolios, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless field execution. Lead the creation and implementation of Account-Specific Action Plans (ASAPs) with distributor sales teams to develop high-potential hospitals and accounts. Ensure 100% execution of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and achievement of assigned annual sales budgets. Drive strategic segmentation and targeting across the territory to enhance positioning and penetration of Atos Medical’s product offerings. Optimize the sub-distribution network to expand market reach across key cities and underserved districts. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including hospital decision-makers, HCPs, KOLs, and supply chain partners. Engage with government institutions, tendering bodies, and hospital procurement teams to align product specifications and ensure proactive participation in relevant tenders. Lead tender mapping, document preparation, and bidding processes to ensure timely submission, competitive positioning, and full regulatory compliance. Plan, execute, and support educational and promotional activities—such as CMEs, roundtables, workshops, and conference participation in collaboration with distributor teams. Conduct joint field visits, training, and coaching to support and upskill distributor sales representatives. Regularly track performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to the reporting manager. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and drive results through high-performing and collaborative teams. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable sales strategies.
