We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our Tracheostomy and Laryngectomy portfolio across West India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing robust sales strategies, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving sustainable business growth in line with our commercial objectives. This role requires a high level of leadership, strategic acumen, and in-depth understanding of the healthcare and medical device industry. Responsibilities Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Tracheostomy and Laryngectomy products across West India. Drive commercial growth in both government and private healthcare sectors, focusing on key specialties including ENT, Head & Neck, ICU, and Anesthesia. Collaborate closely with distributor partners for both product portfolios, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless field execution. Lead the creation and implementation of Account-Specific Action Plans (ASAPs) with distributor sales teams to develop high-potential hospitals and accounts. Ensure 100% execution of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and achievement of assigned annual sales budgets. Drive strategic segmentation and targeting across the territory to enhance positioning and penetration of Atos Medical’s product offerings. Optimize the sub-distribution network to expand market reach across key cities and underserved districts. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including hospital decision-makers, HCPs, KOLs, and supply chain partners. Engage with government institutions, tendering bodies, and hospital procurement teams to align product specifications and ensure proactive participation in relevant tenders. Lead tender mapping, document preparation, and bidding processes to ensure timely submission, competitive positioning, and full regulatory compliance. Plan, execute, and support educational and promotional activities—such as CMEs, roundtables, workshops, and conference participation in collaboration with distributor teams. Conduct joint field visits, training, and coaching to support and upskill distributor sales representatives. Regularly track performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to the reporting manager. Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree in science or business administration. 10–12 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the medical device industry, particularly in consumables within Critical Care or ENT/Head & Neck segments. Strong, hands-on experience in tender processes, channel partner management, and territory expansion. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and drive results through high-performing and collaborative teams. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable sales strategies. Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50–70%) within the assigned territory as required.
