Responsible for analyzing the daily status of recon cases to resolve maximum recon cases for the assigned zones and assisting Manager - Recon in first level client meetings STRATEGIC Study every escalation to be taken up with MSP to ensure no deduction for it ; Highlight non-acceptance on incorrect deductions, process lapses, or manipulations by customers to Manager Recon •Prepare justification for the MSP to push-back deductions and update management on the same OPERATIONAL Track status and manage resolution of deduction/shortages in assigned zones •Analyze and suggest appropriate action to push back or recover the deduction / shortage to Manager Recon •Ensure reconciliation of deduction file from MSP and revert within TAT for the assigned zones •Consolidate and analyze the monthly report on deductions of all MSPs •Ensure meeting with the state representatives to ensure adherence to the said process •Take up and resolve client’s queries related to recon of various counters, errors, mismatch, deductions etc. •Assist Manager – Recon in client meetings for discussions on recon cases •Keep regular coordination with locations on various queries related to understanding of errors and improving handling of recon cases Candidates who have experience in ATM Reconcillation can share their CV on himanshu.srivastava@hitachi-cashms.com
