You are the Lead / Manager responsible for undertaking technical evaluations of existing and new initiatives related to Debit cards and ATM Acquiring to ensure they meet the bank's requirements while maintaining system performance. You will provide comprehensive recommendations, perform requirement configurations, and developments on the debit card application on the Postilion Switch. Additionally, you will offer requirement support for regression testing, implementation support, and technical certifications with Visa/MasterCard & CBO as needed. As a Technical lead for assigned projects, you will participate in projects and CRs, providing analysis and recommendations for optimal design and implementation approaches. You will support Performance testing, ISO testing, and other internal/external testing for the debit card system, including ATM acquiring, and contribute to the business requirements and design phase of Projects and CRs. It is essential that you have hands-on experience with the Postilion Application and can perform configurational changes in the Postilion application to support ongoing projects impacting it directly or indirectly. Moreover, you will establish and maintain operational procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs), oversee incident management, problem resolution, and change management processes of projects, and coordinate with various stakeholders for system upgrades and maintenance. In terms of Incident and Problem Management, you will develop and maintain root cause analysis to ensure swift resolution and minimal business impact on projects and CRs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of IT systems, processes, and practices. You will manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure SLAs are met, collaborate with internal stakeholders, Project managers, IT operations, and business units to align support activities with organizational goals, and provide regular updates to senior management on system performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives. Furthermore, you will oversee the preparation and execution of internal and external audit processes, maintain documentation of all system controls, procedures, and compliance requirements, and coordinate responses to audit findings while implementing necessary remediation measures.,
