Responsibilities: As a Scrum Master, you will work within cross-functional, globally distributed team to lead the planning, estimation, and delivery of client projects and programs.facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure user stories and tasks are clearly defined, estimated, and prioritized. Identify and resolve blockers or impediments that may hinder team progress. Track and communicate team performance metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and burn-down charts.
