Required Candidate profile: Setup, Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence in Data centre and Cloud). Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team. Ability to perform projects migrations Server-Data centre, Data centre- Data centre, Data centre- -cloud instances. Linux, AWS skills. Summary: The Admin will be responsible for the maintenance and customization of the company's corporate applications. Primarily the candidate should be able to migrate Jira, Confluence instances from DC to DC or DC to Cloud and resolving any issues arising during the migration in a professional and timely manner. The candidate will be responsible for performing these tasks using a mixture of each application's administrative tools (primarily Atlassian applications). The candidate will at times follow up these issues with the requestor or engage with Atlassian or Vendors to assist with resolution. Experience Required : 8+ years in administering Atlassian tools primarily Jira and Confluence. Responsibilities: Demonstrated experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Jira C Confluence Data Centre cluster applications in Linux environment is must. Ability to perform application and system administration tasks, setting up reverse proxy, load balancers, data backups and scheduled jobs. Demonstrated knowledge and experience customizing JIRA projects with various schemes, complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes required. Extensive hands-on experience working with the Atlassian product suite, with a specific focus on JIRA and Confluence Administration. Ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA. Ability to Provide JIRA subject matter expertise in discussions regarding the governance of Projects within JIRA, especially as new workflows and changes arise in the environment. Expertise in automating email responses, providing approval steps within JIRA and having rules at various stages of workflows. Experience in performing Atlassian installations, migrations, and plugin installation. Experience working with Jira add-ons: X-ray, R4J, Custom charts for Jira, and Capacity Tracker is a must. Experience installing applications on VMs, monitoring performance, and tailing logs on Microsoft Windows/Linux Server, is a must. Ability to perform Projects and Spaces Migrations between Server-DC, DC-DC, DC-cloud Applications is a must. Expert-level Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA and Confluence. Ability to write custom JQL (Jira Query Language), Excellent knowledge of JQL, Bulk Operations, and Subscription. Excellent knowledge of CSV import. Ability to construct Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages. Ability to create custom fields, and reports using post functions. Ability to test, recommend and install new plug-ins is a must. LDAP integration experience is a plus. Reporting Data using Scripts to pull data from Jira and put it into Excel Spreadsheets for data filtering and/or graphical representation. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements for new JIRA projects and enhancements. Performs weekly maintenance of JIRA servers. Provides ideas for using JIRA more efficiently to meet business needs. Manage user permissions for tools according to the needs of projects and teams. Improve JIRA security. Set access permissions for JIRA projects and Confluence spaces. Additional requirements: Experience on working with AWS console, Managing EC2 instances and basic Linux system administration skills. ACP-100 Certification is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline. 8+ years experience as JIRA Administrator with experience customizing JIRA projects with various schemes, complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes required. Maintain JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, and users while working in a JIRA environment. Strong analytical skills. Must have a strong work ethic with good time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in Remote Teams. Should be fluent in English.
