🏘️ Senior Property Underwriter – High-Speed Property Comping (Remote) 📍 Remote | 🕒 Full-Time | 💰 $1,500–$2,000 Monthly Potential 🏢 Company: Atlas Home Offer 📣 Who We Are Atlas Home Offer is a real estate investment firm operating across multiple U.S. markets. We specialize in wholesales, fix & flips, and rental acquisitions. Whether we’re wholesaling or flipping, every deal must have a $25K–$40K spread minimum. Our acquisition reps are on the phones making offers daily — but they depend on fast, accurate numbers to make smart calls. That’s where you come in. 🎯 Your Role – Run Numbers, Deliver Fast, Support Closers This is not a sales role. You will not be talking to sellers or negotiating. Your job is to support a team of 4–5 closers by delivering the comps and valuations they need to close deals with confidence. You’ll handle: 15–20 deals per day — mix of napkin and full underwrites Fast pricing support when reps are on live seller calls As-is values, ARVs, repair estimates, and MAOs Understanding local markets to hit target profit spreads Occasionally calling agents to confirm comps or get market insight 🛠 What You’ll Be Doing Daily Comp U.S. residential properties (mostly SFRs, occasional duplex or small multi) Provide ARV, as-is value, rehab estimate, and MAO within clear targets Turn around live comp requests in 5–10 minutes Spend up to 30–40 mins on deeper deals when time allows Maintain comp sheets, spreadsheets, or models Communicate with acquisitions and dispo teams to align valuations Track valuation accuracy against actual sale data Ensure deals can move in 30 days or less with real margins ✅ What You Must Bring You must have real experience comping U.S. investment properties. If you’ve never underwritten a U.S. deal — do not apply. Required: Experience in real estate underwriting, appraisals, lending, acquisitions, or analysis Mastery of tools like: MLS, PropStream, Privy, Zillow, Redfin Understanding of real-world ARV, MAO, repair adjustments, and investor spreads Comfortable calculating LTV, LTC, holding costs, etc. Able to make valuation decisions fast and with confidence Can work independently and handle pressure without micromanagement Must be okay working independently or as part of a team Must be okay attending occasional team meetings via webcam Must have strong, stable internet connection 💰 Compensation Base Salary: $1,500–$2,000/month (based on experience) Bonuses: Closed-deal bonuses (per assigned deal) KPI bonuses (based on volume, speed, and accuracy) Expected Take-Home: $2,500–$3,000/month (Example: $1,700 base + $800 bonuses) 🧬 Culture Requirements – Read Before You Apply We are a tight-knit team that moves fast and holds each other to high standards.
