1. Sales & Market Development Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors daily to pitch Blusip bottles (plastic & glass). Actively explain product benefits, pricing, and retailer margins. Generate new orders and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets. Expand retailer coverage in assigned territory and ensure availability of Blusip in maximum outlets. 2. Relationship Building Build strong, trust-based relationships with shopkeepers and distributors. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested retailers to close sales. Address shopkeeper concerns (price, delivery, product quality) effectively. Act as the face of Blusip” in the local market. 3. Market Feedback & Reporting Collect and share real-time feedback from shopkeepers on pricing, packaging, and competition. Track competitor products and promotions in the region. Report daily visits, orders booked, and market updates via WhatsApp/CRM/Excel. 4. Operations & Coordination Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for smooth delivery of products to retailers. Ensure proper display of Blusip bottles in stores (POS material, shelf placement if provided). Handle small stock returns/exchanges in the market as per company policy. Maintain and account for product samples used during pitching. 5. Territory & Growth Increase Blusip’s visibility and penetration in the assigned territory (city/region). Actively participate in local promotions, events, or activations. Build long-term distributor/dealer networks for scaling.
