ATL Facilitator / STEM Instructor

Location: Anand, Gujarat

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday / Saturday (as required)

Session Load: 40 sessions per month

Session Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes per session

Daily Timing: 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM (2–3 sessions per day)

Compensation: ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable) + ₹2,500 to ₹5,000 Travel Allowance (Based on actuals)

Project Extension: Scope to increase based on performance and project continuity

About the program

Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL) are innovation workspaces established in schools to foster curiosity, creativity, design thinking, problem-solving, and STEM learning among students. This role involves guiding students through hands-on learning using robotics kits, electronics, sensors, 3D tools, coding, and innovation projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate ATL Facilitator / STEM Instructor to conduct engaging innovation-based sessions for school students. The facilitator will inspire students to explore science, robotics, and technology through practical experiments and real-life problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct hands-on STEM, robotics, and prototyping sessions in the ATL lab.

Guide students in designing, developing, and executing innovation projects.

Demonstrate use of ATL tools such as sensors, microcontrollers, robotics kits, drone models, etc.

Create simple experiment plans, worksheets, demonstrations, and models.

Manage attendance, maintain lab materials, equipment, and safety protocols.

Support school events, exhibitions, competitions, and project showcases.

Submit session reports and documentation regularly to the central team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science / Engineering / Technology / BCA / Diploma or relevant technical background.

Hands-on experience with STEM tools, robotics kits, electronics, coding basics, or maker activities.

Ability to explain scientific and technical concepts to school students in a clear, engaging way.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Passion for teaching, innovation, and working with young learners.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience working in ATL labs or student innovation programs.

Familiarity with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors, motors, and STEM kits.

Interest in guiding students in competitions like ATL Marathon, Toycathon, Hackathons, etc.
