Key Requirements: Pricing Updates: Implement timely pricing updates based on market conditions, competition, and internal strategies. Understand this in different brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG etc. OTA Management: Manage extranet/portals with online travel agencies (OTAs) and optimize our presence on various platforms to drive bookings. Work on improving our ranking in all OTAs like Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb etc. Rate Shopping: Monitor and record hotel rates to remain competitive. Rate Plan (PMS/RMS Config): Configure and manage rate plans in property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS). Key Qualifications: Good analytical skills and comfort with numbers. Hunger for growth and a proactive approach to making a significant impact.
